As both COO and CTO, I operate at the intersection of operations and technology. My focus is on building scalable systems that work well across departments, ensuring internal teams and clients benefit from consistent, efficient processes. I collaborate with every part of the organization to implement well-documented workflows, automate where possible, and eliminate unnecessary friction so our teams can concentrate on work that truly moves the needle.
On the client side, I stay closely engaged with how our technology supports their needs. I find real satisfaction in making it easy for our clients to succeed, delivering tools that align with their goals and help them create better outcomes for their own communities.

Time blocking is a big productivity habit for me. I’m intentional about reserving time on my calendar for strategic initiatives not just reactive tasks. I also carve out space regularly for personal and professional growth. Whether it’s learning something new, refining a plan, or stepping back to think through challenges, that time helps me stay centered and focused on what’s most important.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, whether that means traveling, going disc golfing, axe throwing, or off-roading occasionally. On weekends, you’ll usually find us out on the lake enjoying the water and good company.
Sully is our dog and we’re pretty sure he’s a mix between a Labrador and a pit bull. He’s a rescue, and without a doubt, the softest dog you’ll ever meet. He’s incredibly friendly and just wants to love everyone.
