Our story began with United Mailing Service (UMS), established in 1984 as a traditional direct mail lettershop. For decades, UMS partnered with marketing teams and printers to execute direct mail campaigns, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Driven by a passion for delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions, UMS underwent a strategic transformation in 2011. The company expanded beyond direct mail, evolving into a true multi-channel marketing provider. This journey led to the creation of SenioROI in 2012, focused exclusively on the senior living industry.

Recognizing a significant gap in the market, we developed the industry’s first multi-source marketing list for senior living. At the time, and still today, list companies only offered data from single sources, limiting accuracy and reach. SenioROI pioneered a proprietary process that merges multiple data sources while removing outdated or incorrect addresses. This approach ensures our clients receive the most accurate, high-performing mailing lists available.

In 2022, following the challenges of Covid-19, our leadership team made a bold decision: to focus solely on the senior living sector, shifting away from traditional direct mail clients. Today, SenioROI offers specialized mailing lists, print and direct mail services, and precision-targeted digital marketing solutions, as well as data hygiene, enhancement, profiling solutions with historical lead analysis.

Our commitment to innovation continued in 2023 with the launch of Validify—the only data enrichment solution designed specifically for senior living CRM systems.
