Submit a Privacy Rights Request

SenioROI works with senior living communities and marketing partners across the country, which means we may hold personal information about you even if you have never contacted us directly. Use the form below to ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, to limit our use of your sensitive personal information, to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Records are matched by name, address, and phone number, so please list any address or phone number you have used in the past several years. A partial match may cause us to miss records we actually hold about you.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days.
  • Requests to stop selling or sharing your information, to limit use of sensitive information, or to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling: completed within 15 business days.
  • Requests to know, correct, or delete your information: completed within 45 calendar days. We may extend this once by an additional 45 days if needed, and we will tell you if we do.
  • We may follow up by email with questions only you would be able to answer, to verify your identity before completing a request.

If we say no

If we deny your request, we will tell you why in writing. If you live in Texas, Oregon, Montana, or Connecticut, you have the right to appeal that decision.

To appeal, reply to our decision, or email privacy@senioroi.com with the word Appeal in the subject line. We will look at the decision again and write back within 45 days with the outcome and our reasons. If we deny your appeal, we will also give you a way to submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
