Former Benchmark Senior Living, Roobrik, and Aline marketing leader joins SenioROI to advance the company’s role as a data intelligence and marketing partner for senior living operators

Simons brings more than a decade of senior living marketing and technology experience to SenioROI, with leadership roles spanning operator, technology, and service-provider organizations. In his new role, he will lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand growth, product positioning, and industry engagement efforts as SenioROI continues to expand its suite of data-driven solutions for senior living operators nationwide.
Simons previously served as Senior Director of Marketing at Benchmark Senior Living, where he worked closely with executive leadership, regional sales teams, and community marketing professionals to support occupancy growth and customer acquisition initiatives. During his tenure, Benchmark was a SenioROI client, providing Simons with firsthand experience using consumer data and marketing intelligence to improve targeting, prospect engagement, and sales performance.
Most recently, Simons held leadership positions at Roobrik and Aline, where he focused on brand strategy, product marketing, content development, and sales enablement. His experience across CRM workflows, consumer engagement, lead qualification, and senior living technology provides a unique perspective on how data can drive measurable results throughout the sales and marketing journey.
